Are ROCKBROS products covered by a warranty?

Yes, we offer a 12-month warranty on most of our cycling gear, including bags, lights, and helmets. This covers manufacturing defects but does not include normal wear and tear or accidental damage.

What is your return policy if I am not satisfied?

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Simply contact our support team to initiate a return. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

Are your cycling bags and panniers waterproof?
